The change

Having initially started working with the team in 2014, we now support Arrows and their parent organisation The Majar Group across a range of brand, marketing, digital and content projects.

Over the last 9 years we’ve helped design and build several iterations of the Arrows website, crafted compelling content on a range of topics, helped to shine a spotlight on the brand’s purpose and personality whilst always focused on attracting candidates to apply for roles, encouraging clients to get in touch and ensuring potential employees had a sense of what a great place to work Arrows was for them. Our job is to ensure consistency across the assets produced, increasing the company’s visibility and reach and assist in generating higher-quality leads and improved conversion rates across the marketing spectrum.

Why it matters

Our longevity with Arrows has given us a deep understanding of their brand, their target audience and challenges they’ve faced along the way. Over time, we’ve built a strong relationship with the senior team, helped to mentor more junior members of the team and things have evolved into almost seamless collaboration working together to bring fresh ideas, adaptability, increased brand recognition and a competitive edge in the market.
